The Ambrosian Rite

I just found this great new blog on the Liturgy.

I really enjoy the Eastern liturgies, although I have only been to two different rites myself (Maronite Catholic and Malankaran Orthodox.)  They seem to have a spirituality that one misses in the services one grows accustomed to ... or maybe there is something that could be improved in the Western liturgy, or something to be returned to.
